This year Princess Grace started Kindergarten...so since we sort of think of her as our own we decided to put together a back to school kit for her!  We picked out some fun lunch snacks, a couple new shirts (super cute blue jean skirt...I can't help myself...I only have boys), and for mom I made a little Lunch Box Notebox.  I thought I would share with you the quick steps on how to make (it really was a lot easier than I thought it would be)!!

I started with a template that was a freebie on another website (I of course don't have that site...sorry).  Anyway...you can get the template if you click here!  I printed it on cardstock and then just used the business card template in word to make the cards to go in the box.  I printed those on cardstock too:

So after that I cute the template out:

 There were two pieces...but if you just follow the instructions (lines on the template) it's super east.  I did use an exacto knife for those tiny little lines you see...as there is no way I would have been able to use my scissors.

So here it is all put together.  Again...super simple and just follow the scoring lines and the cutting lines and you can't mess it up.  I decided that I would like to tie it with a fun pink ribbon (Princess Grace's two favorite colors...green and pink).  I just used my tag punch and put a hole in the lid and one in the base.  You can see the business card size notes already cut and in the box...perfect fit!

Had to bling it out...you will also see I changed the ribbon to better coordinate with the smile and flower sticker :)!  I put this on top of Grace's snack box that we filled and now she and mom have fun stuff to put in the lunch box!

Today we're going to head out to go shopping for my boys Preschool Back to School supplies...I've decided to start working on a Preschool Curriculum with them at home and we have to make sure I have all the stuff I need for the month of September (because that would be on THURSDAY?!?!?!)!!
